- Troops meet at many locations, including schools, churches (Addisville and Church of the Bells have welcomed Girl Scout Troops (St. Bede's troops are able to meet at St Bede's)) and local community centers. To request a copy of the Certificate of Liability for your meeting space, complete the Certificate of Insurance Request Form on the council website. Schedule your troop meetings for when you are available.
- In order to request a room at a school in Council Rock School District, check the online calendar for that school to determine if the room is available, fill out the form that can be found here and turn it into the school where you are requesting the room 30 days prior to the date you would like. Regular classrooms are $5 per meeting date, Cafeterias are generally $25 per usage. Facilities Usage Policy can be found here (fees on page 8)
- As much as possible, you should take into account family needs, scheduled events, religious holidays and of course, availability of your meeting place.
